The personal service extended to all guests was a standout feature, adding a touch of warmth to the stay.While my experience was mostly pleasant, there were a few hiccups that slightly tainted my impression. Despite encountering some challenges with the staff regarding a late-night arrival and room allocation, the central location and comfortable amenities somewhat compensated for the initial inconvenience. The lack of a window in my room was a minor drawback, raising questions about the available accommodations.In conclusion, the hotel offered a satisfactory experience overall, providing a decent value for the price with its personalized service and convenient location within the bustling city.
